Introduction
Nexon Prime Service is a high-end service provided only for the top 1% users who put much love and time into Nexon’s games. The Membership of a Prime Member is granted on a 6-month basis. There are professional CS representatives working only for Prime Members independently from the existing service center so users can quickly solve and respond to errors that occur during game play. In addition, vouchers for using various affiliated offline service are provided, and various kinds of thank you gifts are presented to Prime Members for each season.
Solution
We reviewed and redesigned the way the existing Prime Service provided the service. Moving away from the concept of a mere souvenir, we tried to provide continued and relevant gifts by closely analyzing Prime Members and creating more valuable experiences.
Moment of Gloy
Firstly, we kept our focus on the time and passion Prime Members have put into it. It was all thanks to their love and support to the game shown for a long time that lots of Nexon’s games can exist now. We finally reached a conclusion that those valuable time can be developed into a concept of “Moment of Glory.” In accordance with the concept, the main product was designed as a retro computer figure that can be assembled.
The brick computer comes with bricks with members’ names printed on them to make it more collectable, and users can assemble their own brick computer using stickers of various game IPs. In addition, we reinvented the welcome package providing a Prime Card and a Collection Card along with special offer items to boost the pride of being a Prime Member, enabling us to provide continuous service.
Result
Nexon Welcome Package offers valuable experiences to Prime Members. In addition, we predicted the members’ play lives and designed more practical items with a wider range of choices that have taken users’ satisfaction one step further..
The limited-edition products with Nexon’s various game IPs made it possible to collect them more meaningfully with pride.
The contents of the new welcome package are designed simpler and more compact than the existing ones with higher quality.
